Final Day in Zblewo

During the final day of the project participating teachers also had the opportunity to discuss various aspects of Global Citizenship Education, such as Democratic Education. As part of the discussion we examined various teaching and learning methods that we could incorporate in our teaching. Below is the coordinator of our project, Wendy, and the coordinator from the Polish school, Joanna. 

After the final remarks of the project the certificates of participation were awarded to all participating teachers. Joanna with the headteacher from the Polish school gave out the certificates. 

The final picture was taken by the lobby of the school that hosted us. Together with all of us, the headteacher of the school. 

This has been a brilliant opportunity to discuss the progress of our project and refine its objectives. We have designed an exciting list of teaching and learning activities for the final year of our project. Most importantly, we have designed a whole new project that we are really excited about: “The Three-Eyes” project that will be looking into the problem of plastic within our world.
